For personalized party packs the timeline can vary based on your needs. Please reach out to us 4-6 weeks in advance for optimal planning time.

What’s included in a curated party pack?

Each curated party pack comes with themed tableware, décor, and party favors—all carefully curated to make party planning easy and stress-free for up to 16 guest.

What is your policy for damaged or missing items?

Each order is carefully packed and checked by us personally, but we do know mistakes happen and we want to make them right! Our policy is as follows: Once your order has been received, your pack must be checked thoroughly within 48hrs of pick up. If you notice any missing or damaged items, please email us directly with a photo (if applicable) at support@fettifilled.com so we can assist you. After the 48hr window has passed there will be no replacements.

Do I need to return the bag my order comes in?

Nope! The bag is yours to keep. We package your party pack in a convenient, reusable bag—perfect for storing party supplies or using on the go!

Do you offer shipping?

Great news! We now offer shipping! Orders are filled in 10-15 business days, plus 3-4 business days for shipping. Local pickup is still available, too! Enjoy a stress-free celebration!
